Well, it looks like something strange going on ...

For ages there has been a bid to buy the following:
100,000 shares at 8 cents

Of course, no one is ever likely to sell there COS shares that cheap, but if they did, that bidder would do quite well

In the last couple of days, other people have started to put some bids in down the low end, for example:
50,000 shares at 8.1 cents
36,000 shares at 8.2 cents and
44,000 shares at 8.3 cents

The reasoning behind this was that all the people trying to buy shares at 12 cents had managed to buy shares at that price ... so not much left for the sellers at the moment.

Now whoever had the bid at 8.3 cents actually picked up 177 shares today at that price ... that is about $15 worth of shares, but on paper the company's share value has fallen by about $700,000 today

Now more bids have been placed this afternoon:
80,000 shares at 8.8 cents
55,000 shares at 9.0 cents
AND the buyer at 8.3 cents has increased his bid to 9.1 cents to keep ahead of the pack


Now look at what is for sale:
2,000 shares at 11.5 cents
100,000 shares at 12 cents
plus another 500,000 from 12.5 cents to 17 cents


So what does this all mean?
Buggered if I really know ... just thought I would mention it ;)
