Starr is not getting NWT on that offer. Once again we keep forgetting, this mythical offer of .8c a share is based on his own arbitrary share value of some company no one knows about. Hell he could have said his company was worth a dollar but no-one would believe that right?

For peace of mind you need to know who the major shareholders are. Who represents 51% of this company and what are their alliances?
