On the topic of management, the one thing that gives me some confidence is Hazelhurst in the speculator who ran the ruler over them last year. He said they were one of the undiscovered jewels in the Aus sharemarket, at the time they weren't doing much so I assume he had a positive rap on management if nothing else.
