looks like the chairman's gone!

I just noticed that it would seem that the Chairman of this Company has either been pushed or left! (See "Results of Meeting" dated 1/12/11). My observations with regards to this stock are: 1) The MD is very well paid (approx $220k pa) 2) Not clever losing your Chairman! 3)The share price has halved since Nov 2010 4) It's alot to expect that a small aluvial gold play will turn into a Company maker! On top of all of the above they have issued themselves additional incentive options (although it looks as if someone put pressure on them to increase the strike price of these at the same meeting referred to above)! This could be a perfect example of a Company that seems to working harder for the Management than it's shareholders!
