    They have listed various assets that will be considered for sale.

    They have flagged the sale of Gloucester.

    Gloucester does not appear to have an update in the report.

    By doing the above and given the current share price, they are effectively flagging that the easiest way for a company to acquire some assets is to make a bid for the whole co.
