Well, well, well,(pun intended) it looks like the full 100Mil shares will be used, (wont give general investors more than a sniff though with only $5k permitted). With these guys getting on board to underwrite, you would have to think there is some kind of strategic plan laid out to get some oil and gas out of the ground. This would also imply that contracts are very likely to be lined up e.g. hiring of staff and rig equipment etc. It will be interesting to see what they end up actually underwriting the spp to.
