good point capman.. I guess it is only about a 3% premium on the takeover price, so could be considered cheap considering what CSM is likely to do (regardless of Gilbertson or not) profit wise come June 30.
I'd still rather have 100% exposure to CSM's turnaround than 1.38 per share in cash and only a 40% exposure!! I still think the deal sucks big time ;)
