Needs to do work and gain support at 35 cents.Once this is done then it will be easier for it to break 36.5 without extending itself, which is the double top from June 6 & 9.
Capital raising and investment plans no longer lingering over this stocks head with future raising tied to enormous vindication and re-rating activity.
Next resistance level beyond 36.5 is 75.
