I am new shareholder. Will go substantial if price remains low for rest of year.
A concern I have that new directors will have to change is using cash at hand to pay dividend.
BLA paid 23c dividend 11/9/17.
Stock doctor shows Operating cash flow $8.63m for 1 H Dec 17.
Paid Dividend $15.987m June 17
Cash at hand $72.187 m June 17
Cash at hand $51.263m Dec17
It is not wise to use cash at hand to pay dividend.
With current state of affairs the forecast Dividend 25.7c ex 27/8/17.
Should be lowered.
I don't know their Dividend policy but should only come from cash flow for 12 months prior.
Thanks for Info on BAF !
The time to buy LIC is when the share price is at discount to current assets.
Looks attractive at current price.
Probably why Macquarie became a substantial shareholder!!!

- looks like they are loading the sell side to get cheap shares
