Looks like BHPP have found a rig for the Cinco well but it falls outside of the time extension they were given for SC55 drilling.
Obviously they cannot book the rig without knowing if such an extension will be given, hence the announced delay of the drilling of the well for regulatory reasons.
Market will initially be negative on this I expect.
