Does management have any view on why it is the market has not seen any potential for OEL in the last 5 years ?
Since crashing from its 45c high in 2008 the stock has just bounced along the bottom with every rally fading as quickly as it starts.
today we have a situation where only 7 orders exist on the buyside for a total of 600k shares ... it's not a good look
any thoughts ?
