    I thought is was all about the increase and sustainability of US Shale oil.
    From what I can gather the drilling rig count has been falling slowly but steadily and from the start of this quarter or next will speed up rapidly due to all the hedged oil ( $80 Plus ) finishing.
    I think this me be the catalyst for price rises.
