sceptic me thinks they are taking their time to clean up this well so (i) they don't mess it up, and (ii) allows continued leasing to be completed prior to final results.
Time will tell the story. I don't really care where the share price is today or tomorrow just where it is when I want to sell and that is a while away from now.
