I dont really want to get into this banter and minute break-down and analysis of the recent notice...but....I doubt very much speedbird that they would entertain drilling this ground unless 'full potential' was also 'commercial' !
I agree that it might end up coming in at 250boepd or 800 boepd but I doubt very much that "full potential" would also be non-economical.
Having said all of that.....there wasnt mention of "reaching full potential" in the last statement. I believe that was the statement from the 7th nov not from the 20th.

7th Nov "Based on what we have seen so far we continue to expect the well will achieve its’ full potential once it has cleaned up.” he said."

20th Nov "This fracture system was created by pumping a very large quantity of water and the well needs to unload a substantial amount of this water before its’ full potential can be evaluated."

The price action certainly suggests that people are moderating their expectations on the well anyway. That isnt necessarily a bad thing.
