The only issue is that SVL is still at least a year from any kind of production, in which time the POS may be completely different. Most good reasoning suggests that in 2 years time the POS should be in the range that it is now, or better.

I still think that the main reason why precious metal stocks have not risen with the POG/POS is because of several reasons.

1. Large amounts of money are just using the ETF's for exposure
2. Large amounts of money are simply not in the market and sitting in cash for defensive purposes.
3. People are waiting for a substantial correction in POG and think the current prices (the big rise) are unsustainable.

If (when?) large amounts of money return to the market AND POG remains at these levels then you will see substantial increases in the SP of precious metal stocks, particularly gold and silver. The only problem is that it is thought that the money in precious metals is only there because people are avoiding the market because of global events. If it were to return, would it be from precious metals? If so just how much will it drop? Can your current stocks deal with the drop.

As of the last estimates, SVL needs the POG to remain above $30/oz to be viable. That was mainly because of the poor stripping ratio which is thought to be substantially reduced with a few extra positive drill holes AND/OR an increase in resource size.

So IF things work out so that money flows back into the markets without cooling silver prices too much and SVL prove up a larger resource base, SVL will give an excellent return. Risk is certainly there, the reward however could be great.
