Largest mortgage resets about to occur next month in US. Aussie banks already anticipating the worst by rising interest rates here (ie a REAL issue).
This is due to inflationary repercussions the US is about to put the the global economies into by printing more cash and dropping rates again.
Sit cash, have your credit card debt zeroed, meet your mortgage or get a tenent in your garage.
Im waiting for the reality to set into the US markets and into the oz market for that matter.
