Agree madadswer I think we should remember recession also equals lower AUD , so even at 80 Brent usd price with a 65 AUD delivers Brent AUD 123 . The key was the USD poo to stay high to pay for in the high cost quarter which is in USD. This will not only be achieved but net cash will increase by a few million USD
Beyond that every quarter that Brent remains elevated simply strengths the degree of cash generation. The market hasn’t priced in oil staying at current levels even for even a year . If it did SP would by 18-19 not 13
All we need is the next 6 months for poo to stay elevated as well produce close to 800k barrels . That in itself will set us up beautifully
