If Scarb...are keen to do a d4e then this alone would be a positive to continue holding... Obviously the success of the raising will be critical, yet I would also suspect at least a part of it would be underwritten.

What about resumption of divs...Would Scarborough place their cash in without the some divs expected? Maybe, maybe not, but if they are sitting on piles of cash and markets are now improving, maybe a small div will resume....

I'm lucky my average if 5.6c so either way I don't care at the moment...
