Starting to smell like St Mary's to me.
They are saying (in a round about way). "We are running out of cash"
But the undertone is "dont worry, we are de-ccelerating our wastage and becoming a bit thrifty. (basicallly because we have to)
Its all a pre-lude to a great announcement, of a brand new capital raising, good value for investors at .85 c, most likely. IMO.
Champagne all round.(IMO. not!)
