Not sure how it will sit with the KosmoS.
They had a set-to court wise a few years back which involved ARQ. After a failed court hearing on OBL's part they managed to resolve the dispute out of court. Can't remember the detail without going back to check on the announcements, but let's hope all is ok. However, one never knows what ulterior motive the other has; and given the lack of announcement on OBL's part, they may perceive the move to be "Payback" and from herein may need to watch their back.
