TCG - Yes, I received the FH e-mail document . . . 44 pages . . . and although I have not read all of it . . it appears that the "shareholders" attempt to be treated as creditors has failed. . . . at this point.

It was interesting to note that they did not send this document to all shareholders . . but only those who had submitted a claim . . supposedly only numbering about 150.

What alternatives do we have from here? It seems that the deck is stacked against us. Pursue publicity via "Four Couners" or ACA?
