Agreed with above comments BUT please dont forget the INDIRECT deaths and misery thats caused...the opioid crisis...the result of severe addictions and disastrous side effects of the current standard of care, this is the other half that PAR will indirectly (really its directly in my views) will alleviate and reduce.
The FDA are very mindful of this and thus fast track would be a real possibility..not necessarily because of sore knees but because of the current std of care. How many deaths are caused by over prescriptions? Its in the thousands.
