Looks like the debt equity proposal will not be known until December 2008. I am just wondering what will happen to SP as waiting game continues. Why can't they finalize early, why would they ley sp drop until december while uncertainty will continue.

Four properties in Australasia have been sold by Centro Properties Group. They include Centro Southport, which had been owned by Centro Retail Trust and Centro Australia Wholesale Fund.
