    Investing in Africa atm has become very, very toxic. Sovereign risk is at an all time high, where potential investors can’t trust the governments and local ‘law’ makers. The issues go beyond cultural boundaries.

    Canada, on the other hand, would be close to zero sovereign risk, so if Cyclone could strike a deal with Vale, investors will be lining up IMHO.
