I saw some posts on RSL where people were first time options buyers. If people are going to take advantage of their naivety and that's their methodology, that doesn't surprise me.

My opinion is that they are overpriced, and maybe the reality will hit home when the shares do reach 20 and people start to question why they would pay 10c (for example) for an RSLO when they can pay 20c for a fully paid. I only say 10c given that RSLO's are trading around 3c while RSL is trading 7c below the converstion price of those options. Options confer no voting rights - but shares do.

More often you see options move when the standard shares are 'in the money'. This is not the case with RSLO's.

Also, there is a very good chance that the person bidding/buying didn't even read my post. ;-)
