Doc I think we ALL recognise that the overhang (600million convertible notes) needs dealing with when this consolidation is sorted out. I guess most of the long termers have done their sums and figure that 5/6 of a "real" company thats moving ahead toward a profit generating mine is far better that 6/6 of the dog that FSE is currently.
The real issue, to my mind, is whether we lose a greater fraction of our equity........
