    Completely agree with what u r saying Pluckster. Would much prefer a smaller portion of a successful company, although I am too worried about just how much long termers (which I am one of) will be diluted.

    Just to clear things up, I wasn't referring to note holders as over hang. I believe there are other large holder(s) killing the sp.
