I sold at $5.17 back then but I'm back in again at $3.03. Sure, the eps as reflected for 09/10 (their fin year ends May 31 from memory) isn't great, but acceptable, given that you get exposure to any immediate kick in the residential market including renovations.

With their debt levels well under control it is a cyclical that will do well from a lower Aussie dollar.
