In the June quarterly KCN told us that "Practical completion and first gold are still expected in the September quarter 2011, subject to final regulatory approval" for the Chatree North Expansion Project.
It's a very dangerous game shorting KCN, for whenever this "final regulatory approval" is anounced, whether it's this quarter or next quarter, the KCN shorts will get obliterated imo.
