I think I saw somewhere, where they are waiting on a "factory" licence for the new plant upgrade?
The Thai authorities leverage? who knows I guess this is why the company is diversifying out of Thailand.
Obviously the plant would have to pass inspections etc before operations. Plus the company knew this would happen hence why the slow ramp up till the end of November I think.
As for the IPO the company should be in a better situation then but expect more red tape.
Q: Are we mining the higher grade stuff yet or waiting on "red tape" for this too?
Can you imagine the red tape once KCN start to go underground!
