This post is the perfect example of using the past (TA) to predict the future, SP at time of posting = 13 cents, now SP at close to 52 week lows 0.07 cents per share.
Those who invested at 13 cents will be hoping that management announce some good news at the AGM on Monday as alluded by Goldmember recently. He seems to have gone to ground of late however, so not holding my breath. On going dilution here is a worry IMO.....take a peek at the agender for the AGM on Monday. If approved, anticipate these newly issued shares will act as an overhang on the SP even if the highly anticipated upcoming drilling results are good.
Current VAN SP seems to be an issue atm, for me, I'm more interested in the strike price for the next CR or convertible note, according to VAN's recent quarterly cash flow report, the entity is currently negotiating additional debt and equity funding as may be required. Good news needed here IMO.
