Harro222... SWE received 'an unsolicited approach' - that implies one entity. Hayaat and Mengi both have extensive investment in TZ in different industries ..Hayaat I. Down stream resources and Mengi in mining as one example. Mengis govt apptd previous positions would of ment that they would of been previously in contact. Now,,, Mengi could buy Hayaats stake and and assume a directorship could he not at some stage? Business elites collaborating ... You do this for me,I do that for you...Mengis much more powerful in TZ.
