almost 500k shares traded today at or over 22 cents good action i feel.

Would imagine a few jumping on the sell on the way up as lots picked up at 20 cents.
looks like a lot of interest is swe again. we had a down cycle with the O&G sector as of late. so any positive news will be jumped on.

still feel mid 25s will be a stable area soon. and depending on the news flow it will build from that.
no hurry at all.

seems the whole market is in the wait and see mode. I think this Russian deal has had more an affect on the market than people think. now they have seen it a good idea to remove their troops from the border. a good sign.
