He is not a director of either Hyaat (based in Dubai) or SWE! I have no idea where you people get this from. Do you remember seeing him ever being mention in any reporting!
He mentions being involved in supply chain & value plus capacity building. Maybe they will be more involved within the downstream activities of O&G. Either way if he wants licences I dont see it as a threat.
