Borrks you are spot on ... It's worthy discussion of a new development that I believe is very significant.
I was invested in Key Petrolum when it was run by Ken Russell 4 days before they announced in 2008 that they had hit gas offshore TZ ,, from memory it was 1.3 TCF, and all that as needed was to lay a 3km pipeline to join an existing one , built with IMF money , all the way to Dar es salaam. But guess what, they needed environmental approval that's all and I don't know whether they ever got it but they exited TZ bcoz they were affective my stopped in there tracks by the gov't red tape. This time I was hoping that his passage would be different as be adopted new and more inclusive strategy . It was the Eyasi saga that got me thinking. So anyway,, let's we who gets the Eyasi lot ... That will be very telling... If Swala does, then I'm back in.
