It is all in the financials pa28 - have you compared like I have every single turnaround statistically over the past 7 years and seen what "nearly" always happens to a stocks price and market cap when they produce the numbers that TOX do and forecast?
Go do it - and see what you find out.
Of course you have to have some faith that they will meet those forecasts - but that is all part of the game.
