I can't see any reason why it should be trading too much higher. While the TATA deal is coming along nicely, the company is still in a financial crisis with fully utilized lines of credit, a 4 day working week and a large debtor. Having said that if all goes according to plan the big turnaround will happen sometime around the end of the first quarter of next year when the first orders for the TATA deal would start to flow.
If its so good then go ahead and spend 100k and push the price up :P
