Hello folks. Long time holder here. Spoke to the company when GL was last in Aus... Looks to me like Rivkin type newsletter has picked it up....seeking feedback from the company and from other sources. Possibly a broker pick-up...
Don't sell too much yet...don't forget the marine's going gang busters and Sinapore's ripping along with 7+% GDP growth. SGD:AUD going to hurt a little, but with oil price going the way that it is it's going to be a ripper for orders for that division.
THey've got a great strategy in place, and the management's solid. I've been to Singapore and they work really well together.
My valuation on the company is 46c with the following assumptions: 10% eps growth compound next 6 years, 8x terminal PE in 2014, 14% discount rate.
So there's a lot of upside.
