    Hi Tibbs,

    Notice in the announcement it is for US, UK and Aus Institutional Investors and its also Far East Capital.

    Now given Warwick Grigor from Far East Capital bought 100k @ .90, and is obviously Bullish on this stock, this is a good announcement IMO.
