See when i read a prospectus like that, i see nothing that really makes me think i should throw more money into this company.
I see a heap of loans to related companies and underperforming assets, that are all unsecured , and even an unsecured loan to a company in administration.I see no structure in how funds have been allocated , just loans to former director related companies who have been around for 5 minutes.
How smart is that I ask you , there would be kids in high school with more business acumen than that.
how anyone who is feed the vague " we can invest in what ever we want " ( read the new constitution if you havnt already) crap that we shareholders are being told here , could invest another cent into this joke is hilarious.
If you are going to pass yourself off as an investment house , then at least have some idea of what your doing.
hurry up and list so i can get whatever of my money is left over from all the grubby hands that have gouged the bucket.
