The only time I received a phone call asking whether I was planning to take up shares in a SPP was for a small miner that I think went bust shortly afterwards (or it was bought up by another company for peanuts). My feeling is that if they are paying a company to call people about the SPP, then they are probably worried about the low level of uptake. In the case of JRV, I'm guessing they are also probably fairly short on cash. Does anybody know what their cash position is? and how quickly are they burning cash?
