Looks sick but someone is just driving out the small holders in order to accumulate more at a cheap price. You just need to look at the reaction in the hotcopper forums to imagine how many other small-time traders out there would react to these 'shakedowns' and would sell on fear of losing more.

My guess is someone/group held most of the buyside, pulled all their orders, put on large sell orders and small-time traders have panicked and that's what's driving the price down. I'd suspect a bounce sometime soon and especially on a positive announcement. But it all depends on the exposure of the stock and how many people know about it or understand what it's worth.
