I think the share price action surprised everyone but similar re-rating have produced similar moves - especially a few years back. My estimate is slightly tongue in cheek but I put it there to emphasise the potential of what SIR have discovered. I would be very surprised if this not a mine in 3-4 years by which time hopefully nickel will have recovered a bit.
Valuation is very tricky at the moment but it shows the appetite for a decent grassroots find.
