Strange trading today - breakout got squelched for some reason. A big seller seemed quite aggressive when there was not much in the sell depth to warrant it. I suspect Cornell wanted to take a quick profit on the new issue. Since they are issued shares according to VWAP, they have an incentive to keep the share price down, and probably keen to make as much as they can before the game goes in to overtime. Just a theory.
There seems to be a lot going on behind the scenes here. Lots of competing interests and intrigue. I have no idea about the history or fundamentals of the business so am just playing it as I see it.
