I think holders are pushing their expectations too high if they think that "expected" means 100% for certain.
In the "real world" when management use "expected" don't EXPECT it as given as 100% for certainty.
With any new plant your will for certain have teething issues and that is 100% certain :)
looks to me like a very strong opening for lyc, page-24
