It looks to me like the tactics have slightly changed for HTX.

While they have talked in the past about seeking a listing in the US via some sort of M&A, this is the first time they have mentioned a trade sale.

And they mention it twice in todays EGM preso...

We know that the Ovplex IP is valued at $105m, and while its unlikely they will get anywhere near this, the fact they are exploring a trade sale now with the market cap so low means there is some serious potential SP appreciation should a deal come off.

The market cap is still under $3m...
