on what is on screen atm ADY looks set to tumble quite sharply on the open and i expect sell orders to appear substantially closer to open time and a open possibly sub 4c

the uncertainty over ADY's debt position is the material concern for holders and potential investors right now and to be blunt for ADY to secure larger long term financing will have to be dented by signing over all of its assets by a charge to Hawkswood.

Essentially any investor or creditor will have to deal with the fact of ADY's existing debt,legal actions and security over ADY assets now held by Hawkswood before they even consider the potential viability of ADY.

Uncertainty creates higher risk and ADY has an awful lot of very high risk attached to it,a point i initially made about ADY to this forum as balance to those ramping the stock.
The facts subsequently released by ADY have proven my concerns to be real and valid.
