Heartware must be very confident of their own situation to print VCR's attempt to get a licence for their product in their prospectus issued last Friday.
Why did they back down and why did they seek a licence. I'm shorting VCR. I think this competitor will beat them. The head of the Medical Advisory Board has done 1000 heart transplants and 300 device implants and VCR has no one with that history.
Read the article. Smell the fear. I don't think Heartware would want a licence from VCR!
