I think Mojo is still suffering from a Looksmart hangover.
Obviously he must have lost a fair bit. To my knowledge the Thornleys have not sold any and wouldn't unless the price was right. The only one of significance has been the Cox sisters and they made known their intentions early on last year.
The recent buying of Lok is US Warburg. They have been consistently buying over the last few weeks.
Considering the US Look has traded over the last few days with well above average volume, I would expect some type of news very soon. The price does seem to be capped at present and more than likely won't move substantially until an announcement is made. IMHO!!
