The Nasdaq delisting risk is a grave one IMHO and to date has not been given enough credence by shareholders and certainly has NOT been covered by LOOK management.
There are a number of indices LOOK could list on.....the OTC or Pink sheets is of course one.
Its not so much where it will list, its the serious implications of being delisted.
LOOK will go off the radar at all levels.......for investors and institutions will have to exit.
LOOK has been given to October to regain and maintain the $1 share price level........to remain listing on the Nasdaq.
My view is unless LOOK can explain in very good detail how revenues can grow and grow substantially in Q3....LOOK will NOT meet the $1 mark.
In the event LOOK gets delisted........i do not think anyone could even guess where LOOK could get to.
Thats why the downside risk is simply too great IMHO....until LOOK can identify a path to growing revenues.
